Congratulations to all participants of the 11th Hong Kong International Coastal Cleanup, which culminates today. Marine trash is a serious and worsening problem in the ocean and on our coastlines as our consumption patterns outstrip our waste management and recycling programs. Hong Kong’s waters are a testament to that fact.
