Ocean Recovery Alliance hosts The 4th Annual HK Ocean in Motion Film Festival, playing five nights in a row with a world collection of around 30 wonderful ocean documentaries, including marine pollution, fishing, art, surfing, scuba diving and extreme sports, to celebrate Ocean Appreciation Month, April.
