Pearls for the Ocean

Pearls for the Ocean is a new program with Ocean Recovery Alliance and Autore Pearls who have partnered on a mission to support a clean ocean and the longevity of its ecosystems.  Autore stands by Ocean Recovery Alliance’s work and supports it in this fundraising initiative.  A clean ocean is needed not only for the health and sustainability of the South Sea Pearl farms, but also the communities and wildlife which continue to live in harmony with the ocean.
 
In this unique collaboration, individuals who donate to Ocean Recovery Alliance in increments of US$5,000, US$10,000 and US$15,000 will be able to experience an Autore training and create and receive a bespoke piece of Autore Fine Jewellery. The individuals who donate to Ocean Recovery Alliance will have a one-on-one call with the Autore Fine Jewellery team, learn more about South Sea Pearls, The Five S’sTM grading system and select a pearl to set in a finished piece of Jewellery.  Some examples of these elegant ocean products are included, but you will have the option of a set of ear rings or a pendant.   
 
We would also like to invite you to visit one of our pearl farms on Lombok if you are in Bali or nearby.  You will have a special tour to learn how the Autore’s South Sea Pearls are produced over their minimum four-year growth period, and you will be able to visit the showroom at the same time. 
 
Donations will be used for the expansion of the Harvest Plastic Program in Lombok and beyond, where plastic is regularly collected from village households for recycling, avoiding dumping and burning along the way.
